Software Limited Warranty
Landscape Vision, LLC warrants to the original purchaser of this copy of the computer software program entitled Landscape Vision that the disk on which this program is recorded will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
Defective program disks which have not been subjected to misuse, excessive wear, or damage due to carelessness and which are returned by the original purchaser within ninety (90) days of date of purchase will be replaced without charge. (Shipping charges associated with the return of the defective product will be credited to you.)
Software purchased on-line through our website via a download, is considered opened at the time of purchase. Please review our site carefully to see if our software meets your needs. Feel free to email us with any questions before making your purchase. info@landscapeyourvisions.com
The warranty is the only express warranty pertaining to this software program and no other representations or claims of any nature shall be binding on or obligate Landscape Vision, LLC. Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, if applicable, are limited to the ninety (90) day period described above. Landscape Vision, LLC shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from possession, use, or malfunction of this software program. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Returning a Product:
In keeping with software industry standards, Landscape Vision will gladly accept returns of packaged software within 30 days of purchase in an unopened packaging only.
Software that has been opened or purchased online is (1) provided with free email support support@landscapeyourvisions.com and (2) may only be replaced with identical software / media within 30 days of purchase.
Instructions:
For software returns (packaged versions only), simply indicate the reason for your return on a piece of paper and wrap it securely with the unopened packaging. Send the package to the following address:
