Software Limited Warranty

Landscape Vision, LLC warrants to the original purchaser of this copy of the computer software program entitled Landscape Vision© that the disk on which this program is recorded will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

Defective program disks which have not been subjected to misuse, excessive wear, or damage due to carelessness and which are returned by the original purchaser within ninety (90) days of date of purchase will be replaced without charge. (Shipping charges associated with the return of the defective product will be credited to you.)

The warranty is the only express warranty pertaining to this software program and no other representations or claims of any nature shall be binding on or obligate Landscape Vision, LLC. Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, if applicable, are limited to the ninety (90) day period described above. Landscape Vision, LLC shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from possession, use, or malfunction of this software program. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Returning a Product

Important Note: If you wish to return for replacement any defective product which was delivered to you, you must request your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (see below) within ninety (90) days of the purchase date.

Follow these steps to return your product:

1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) via e-mail to info@landscapeyourvisions.com (or via telephone to 866-747-4998) and include your e-mail address, mailing address, reason for return and order Confirmation Number. Your RMA# will be e-mailed back to you within 5 business days, or, if no e-mail address is available, will be mailed back to you within 5 business days.
2. After you receive your RMA#, return the product to: Landscape Vision, LLC, 214 Woodford Avenue, Plainville, CT 06062.

Once we receive your return, you will receive a refund confirmation via e-mail (if an e-mail address was provided). Landscape Vision, LLC will make a credit for the shipping charges within 14 days of receipt; items returned without an RMA# will delay your credit up to 30 days.

Your credit will be processed the same as the original purchase was made. Depending on your credit/debit card company’s process, any credits to your account may appear on your card within 4 to 6 weeks after we have issued the credit.
